Hey family. I hope you’ve had a lovely week. Are you okay? Are you sure? How’s your heart? How has life been for you lately? I haven’t had the best of weeks but I’m so grateful to God that I’m alive, I have shelter, I have food to eat and many loving people around me. I reflect on times when things were very difficult for me. Yes there were times l didn’t know what meal I’d have because the cupboard was so empty. I reflect on days when l begged myself to be strong because I needed to survive another day. I reflect on times when I couldn’t write all that you’re reading today, every word that came out of me was filled with despair and desperation to die. Man God is faithful … think of it … hasn’t He been faithful? Do you remember a season when He came through for you? That’s also how you know, that this too shall pass.

Ooo I got something for you! It’s quite heavy my arms hurt just carrying it but I will hold it up for you to see. Im holding it up just for you! Welldone on making it to Friday. One big red heart! Red with love! Why is the colour of love red? Why not pink or blue? Why did they choose red? Is it biblical? 😂 hayi! (Ok I’m now drifting from the topic🫠🤣)

- ALWAYS REMEMBER, you are loved! Double times, triple times, quads, (what comes after) yep even that! Look at you!!! ABBA’s baby! A masterpiece! Your nose is perfect! Your body is beautiful! You are Gods battle axe! You’re a flame of fire! You’re forgiven! My darling, YOU ARE A NATION!
