Genesis 1:27 (NIV) âSo God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.â
Happy Womenâs month to the ladies! Happy new month to the gents! Money, intelligence, even Al cannot purchase life. While thereâs medicine to help prolong life & your nutritional foods, that doesnât override Godâs mercy in giving us a heartbeat daily. Life comes from God. Life, does not come from ancestors, those of you who say, ââm living by God & my ancestors,â how can dead people give life?Somethings donât need deep thinking because at the time very surface & simplicity, prove manâs very faulty thinking. That said, we thank God for the gift of life. Only He! Amen!
Since itâs Womenâs Month, I want us to study the women of the Bible, the women in our world today, and the women who have not only come to a full understanding of their identity but have also become global ambassadors and leaders, influencing women across the world for the greater good. Together, weâll explore their businesses, work ethic, values, and principles, learning from their journeys so that we, too, can grow.
People of God, in this life there are women! Eh! Let me not get ahead of myself. Letâs start with the woman herself. What is a woman? Who is a woman? Who does God say a woman is? Who does society identify a woman as? If youâre interested, keep scrolling. Can you try and answer those questions? You donât have to be a woman to answer by the way because even men need to know the answers to those questions.
If we want to understand the fullness of something, we have to go back to its foundation, its source, or the place where it was first created, introduced, or mentioned. A woman cannot truly be identified or defined outside of God. I donât care how much science or biology we use to try to explain her, draw diagrams and label everything in Chinese or Xhosa, you cannot explain the Creatorâs design better than the Creator Himself.
You cannot understand the full purpose of an iPhone better than Apple. Likewise, you cannot correctly use anything without first understanding its purpose from its owner or creator. Otherwise, we may end up using a phone to scrub the floor, a towel to sweep the house, or wearing a formal suit to go swimming. Purpose is always connected to origin, and function is always understood from the original source. For those of you who still donât know their purpose, I just gave you a strategy. Ask JESUS my dhiye.
When you read the opening chapters of the book of Genesis, you discover how a woman was created. Before God created a woman, He had a reason to. The âwhyâ behind her creation reveals her purpose. So, read carefully. If I create a mop, I donât create it simply because I want to attach a cloth to a stick. Whatâs the fun and beauty in that? Iâve never seen a beautiful mop, I really donât care to be honest. I create it because I am solving a problem, the challenge of having to kneel while mopping the floor, especially if you live in a large house.
Without this mop, cleaning could take the better part of five hours, with only a few short breaks, because your body would be screaming! Shouting for rest! In the same way, when God created a woman, He first saw a need. He had a reason and a purpose. God does not create randomly or carelessly, He is intentional. Women were created because they were needed. They were created to fulfil a purpose and to solve a need according to Godâs design.
Women are Godâs brilliant idea manifested in human form. God made no mistake when He created women, He wanted women to be on the earth. Itâs amazing how much the world has deviated while trying to figure out who a woman is. I donât know if youâve ever met people who unnecessarily complicate simple things, I have. Something so straightforward, and suddenly they start adding mathematics to it. Like⌠Madam, relax. Relaas! The answer is literally the pink in front of you, but you want to argue that itâs blue with a touch of red.
Unnecessary complications everywhere! Today, people write books and record podcasts trying to explain and define a woman, yet when you read or listen to them, you realise that if this continues, weâll have an even bigger problem in the years to come. A woman cannot be defined outside of God. Iâll say it again, for free! If I say it a third time, youâll have to pay becauseeeeeeee! I only take dollars by the way! Dollars baby!
Shall I shock you? Youâd think all these books are being written by men, but no, many are being written by women. Women who have not yet discovered who they are writing books and buying huge podcast microphones to teach other women what they themselves have not come to fully understand. There is a proverb about the blind leading the blind. Some of the women you listen to see the reason why you donât even know who you are. Youâre fully clothed in their identity and not what GOD has said about you.
Many women today have not fully discovered their identity, their purpose, or, even worse, their worth. They have not taken the time to go back to Genesis and study the creation of Eve. Instead, they wait for influencers to tell them they are beautiful. Some have mistaken abuse for love. Many spend more time flaunting their bodies than feeding their minds. Itâs heartbreaking. Iâve seen places where women proudly sell their bodies, and it makes me ask, Do we really know who a woman is?
Do we even care to know, or are we satisfied with what the world says about us? With what people who have little or no regard for Godâs purpose say about us? Dear man, have you taken the time to understand a woman before you marry, or are you simply driven by desire for a damzel? Dear woman, do you know who you are, or are you just winging it, que sera, sera?
I donât know about you, but I want to understand more about this beautiful creation of God called a woman. You know, itâs Sunday evening, and Iâm simply flowing, writing as the Holy Spirit leads me. I canât help but marvel at the fact that God speaks to a woman and says, âWrite this. Write that.â Think about it, God is using a woman to communicate His heart. Wow, Jesus! You cannot convince me that women are not special or deeply loved by God. Join me here tomorrow, and letâs learn together.
If thereâs one thing I want you to take away from todayâs blog, itâs this, You cannot define a woman apart from her Creator, God. That is step number one. Miss that step, and youâve already disqualified yourself from any conversation about womanhood. Nothing else you say has a solid foundation because youâve ignored the very One who created her. Put God first, and then we can have an intelligent conversation about who a woman is. Itâs really that simple. Itâs 1 + 1 = 2, not trying to apply Pythagorasâ theorem to a Grade 1 maths problem. My brother⌠if I catch you, l go baptise you!
If you read my blogs but have never met this Wonderful Jesus that Iâm always writing about, youâd love to get to know Him, Or you know The Lord but have found yourself drifting far from Him, I would love to talk with you. Please send me an email on yieldedcwcenter@gmail.com or simply comment, and I will reach out to you
