i LOVE YOU.
I actually woke up thinking it was Saturday does that ever happen to you? When a day just feels like another day? LOL. I’m feeling a bit under the weather, but like Elijah, I’m shifting things through prayer! How was your week? How are you? And most importantly how’s your heart?
This week, my spiritual father was teaching about extra oil, and it really got me thinking. I finished the week without completing a single lesson or assignment from school. If I could change one thing, it would definitely be how I managed my time. So next week, I have to do things differently. What about you? If you could change something about this week, what would it be?
I get to talk to so many people about the state of their minds and hearts, and one thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of people believe time will fix everything. You’ve probably heard the saying, “Time heals.” Well… I hate to break it to you, but that’s not exactly true. Time heals nobody. Time itself doesn’t change things but things change with time!
Time keeps moving, but the real question is: Are you moving with it?
I actually wrote a book about time (if you know how I can publish it online, let me know!). While studying this topic, I realised that if you don’t address something now, you’ll have to deal with it later. It’s really in your hands.
That’s why I encourage people to come for counselling not because I need clients, but because I know that avoiding things doesn’t make them disappear. It just means they’re hanging onto you like a tick. And trust me, it’s better to deal with it before it starts messing things up! This is what time does in most cases

Some of us are already at stage 3 and still think we’re fine when in reality, we’re just pushing through. Counseling isn’t just for depression; it helps break cycles of emotional ups and downs.
Think of counseling as a place where you give yourself a break. A space to pause, breathe, and reset. It’s not about fixing everything all at once. It’s about clarifying things, untangling frustrations, and creating better ways to handle what you’ve been struggling with.

Book a session, and remember—it’s pay what you can. Your peace of mind is worth it!
And oh I’ve got something little for you;
